The PONDR® output consists of up to three parts, depending on what is chosen by the user on the input form:
A graphical representation of the PONDR® output
A textual output using "D" to show disorder along the sequence
A raw score for each predictor for each amino acid in the protein
This is the raw score output from the VL-XT prediction upon RluC (only the first 20 residues for brevity). The links popup a small window with a description of each section. (Of course, the actual output will not have these links.)
This output is optional (default is "not checked" on the input form), but is provided for those who wish to see the raw data and possibly generate their own plots.
