PONDR® is a branch of Molecular Kinetics Inc. that specializes in protein disorder analysis, which includes software/hardware products and research/consultant services. It is the one stop shop for all research analysis tools relating to unstructured or disordered proteins.

Our software provides a computer-aided design tool for planning experiments in protein analysis. Its usage is comparable to CAD/CAM analysis tools in manufacturing. Our hardware analysis kits complement our software tools by validating predictions, observations and experimental designs. The combination of hardware/software is a powerful method to facilitate experimental analysis and design. The research service we provide in this area can save time and money for researchers in drug discovery, drug target selection and protein analysis researches.

We are currently working on several projects funded by a number NIH SBIR grants and we have research contracts with clients such as Amgen, the Center for Eukariotic Structural Genomics and the University of Pennsylvania.
