- A new order/disorder predictor has been added to our website. The VSL1
predictor is an implementation of the IST-Zoran predictor presented at the CASP6
meeting. This predictor obtained the best results of the 20 order/disorder
predictors presented, according to Roland Dunbrack's assessment.

new version of the Disorder Enhanced Phosphorylation Predictor (DEPP) has been
added to our website. This new version of the predictor is more accurate and
also uses a more diverse dataset.
